INSANITY Month 1 complete!

I haven't blogged in a while, still going strong with INSANITY, just finished month one, currently doing my recover week and then its only MAX Interval with Month 2 next week.... here are my 1 month photos...

I forgot to blog about day 4 yesterday.... Day for was CARDIO RECOVERY.... it was a lot of stretching and a nice break, still VERY challenging but not as intense..... onto day 5 today, I'll be back in a bit with my thoughts on that....

INSANITY® Day 2

Wow, this is so hard! but I know it's gonna be worth it! I am so sore! I can barely walk up and down stairs lol. I hope that after the 2 months, I can restart the program and do it better without so many breaks, because my body isn't used to an intense work out like this, I definitley take several breaks and say, "holy crap! I can't do that!" a lot. But I keep pushing through, I wish I had someone to workout with me to make me to keep me going... oh well, will power is all I have... Onward and upward!

INSANITY® Day 1

Wow, So I have just completed the Fit Test of INSANITY® Day 1... if the Fit Test was this hard, I'm scared of what's to come, I never realized how out of shape I was until I started this... And the messed up part about it, is when they show you the exercise before you do it, you're like, oh! that looks so easy and fun! and then you start and you're like whoa! can I do this? lol. I'm sticking with this program, but it's gonna be a struggle. I'm determined to get fit and get into shape! I will be finished on May 27th, which is 2 weeks after my 30th birthday, I hope to be in better shape by then, wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!

Before INSANITY® ....

I have never started a blog nor have I ever done a hard core Fitness routine before. So why not start both at the same time! I hear that this one is the best out there and gives you the best results in a short amount of time. I have done parts of the P90X Ab ripper routine as well as integrated my own exercises into it, but now I am ready for more! I am turning 30 in May and really want to start focusing on fitness so I can stay in shape and just maintain good health. (As well as continue to be able to keep up with my 3 kids!) :-) The reason for wanting to start my own fitness blog was really just for my own personal record, to see the changes I am going through and to be able to write down my thoughts and feelings as I continue through this journey. Here is my before pic.... these are always the worst! hopefully in 60 days there will be a significant difference!
